The name “Dotoree”

“Dotoree” means acorn in Korean.  
An acorn may look small, but it holds the potential to become a whole forest.

That’s how we see every cup of coffee and every conversation — small seeds that can grow into something meaningful over time.

Dotoree Coffee Roaster is a small-batch, community-focused coffee roastery based in La Mirada, Ca. 

We believe good coffee should feel warm, approachable, and generous — like a conversation with a friend.
