Intro:
Great coffee doesn’t have to be complicated. 
Here are simple, tested recipes to help you brew Dotoree coffees at home.

Section – Pour-over (V60 or similar):
Title:
Hand Brew (Pour-over)

Body:
• Coffee: 15g  
• Water: 240g  
• Grind: Medium  
• Time: 2:45–3:00 minutes  
• Steps:  
  1) Bloom with 40g of water for 30 seconds.  
  2) Pour in slow circles up to 150g.  
  3) Finish with a final pour to 240g by 1:45.  
  4) Let it drain completely by around 3:00.

Section – Espresso:

Body:
• Ratio: 1:2 (e.g., 18g in, 36g out)  
• Time: 27–30 seconds  
• Adjust grind to hit the time and taste you enjoy.

Section – Iced Coffee:

Body:
• Brew stronger (e.g., 1:14 ratio) hot, then pour directly over ice.  
• Use bright, fruity coffees like Ethiopia for a refreshing cup.

Section – French Press:

• Coffee: 20g  
• Water: 300g  
• Coarse grind, 4-minute steep, gentle stir, plunge slowly.
