In lighter roasts, you’ll find honey, vanilla, milk chocolate, and raw almond sweetness—lifted by a very soft, mild acidity. 

Moving into a medium roast, the nutty character deepens into toasted almond and peanut, balanced by caramel and creamy chocolate.

At deeper roasts, the cup becomes a decadent experience, with bittersweet chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and peanut brittle notes that add richness and depth.
